Jessie graduated from the University of Sheffield, the United Kingdom with a Bachelor degree in Laws. Jessie then completed the Bar Vocational Course in the UK and was called to the Bar in 2009 by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. She eventually pursued the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bloomsbury, London in 2018, which allows her to attain a dual qualification of Chartered Legal Executive and the Solicitors of England and Wales.

Jessie also completed the Master of Laws degree in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution at the City University of Hong Kong and was later admitted as a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators.

Prior to joining us, Jessie worked as a fee earner in a local IP firm for over a decade and has gained substantial experience practising in intellectual property, focusing on enforcement and litigation. She has handled a wide range of IP enforcement and advisory matters including cease and desist portfolios, IP due diligence, IP assignment, IP infringement litigation as well as trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.

Jessie also extends her practice to general civil litigation matters including but not limited to breach of confidence, defamation and debt recovery.

Jessie speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
