Poyiu is an Associate in the IP Contentious & Entertainment Team in ELLALAN’s Hong Kong office.

Poyiu handles contentious and non-contentious IP matters in Hong Kong, China and cross-border disputes. She advises clients in relation to proceedings before the Hong Kong IP Department, China National IP Administration, Copyright Protection Center of China and various levels of Courts. Poyiu also advises entertainment clients on various legal matters, ranging from contract review to defamation litigation.
