Rachel was born and raised in Inner Mongolia before she came to HK for college. Rachel obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Prior to joining us as a trainee solicitor in 2023, Rachel attended the Summer Study Abroad Program organised by CUHK at Tsinghua University in Beijing and obtained the certificate. Rachel also has done a fruitful internship with us in 2022.

Rachel speaks Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
