Our Senior Consultant, Kenny Wong, was earlier invited by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) to moderate a panel discussion about “Plenary Session – Underpinning Brand Success: IP Strategies in the Digital Era” during BIP Asia Forum 2023.

During the panel discussion, Kenny delved into the dynamic realm of the digital landscape and engaged in insightful discussions with the speakers regarding pertinent IP strategies. In particular, Kenny shared invaluable insights on the rising trend of Gen Z and Millennials, particularly active social media users, who are increasingly investing in luxury brand products. Kenny also shed light on the critical topic of IP protection for virtual reality goods and virtual assets.
