Our Managing Partner, Alan Chiu, was earlier invited by the Hong Kong Comics & Animation Federation (HKCAF) to deliver a lecture on Generative AI for the “HK Comics Support Programme”. During the 3-hour lecture delivered to around 100 enthusiastic onsite and online participants, Alan discussed the latest legal cases and developments on copyright protection for AI-generated works and strategies to mitigate legal risks in using these contents.
