We are pleased to have assisted our client, Marshall Group, in the successful seizure of over 5000 high quality counterfeit speakers and earphones with a total estimated market value of HK$2.9 million.

Led by James Choi (Partner of the IP Contentious & Entertainment Team) and assisted by Hank Yeung (Trainee Solicitor), we worked closely with our client and the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department to tackle the urgent recordation, detaining and examination of the 40-foot container arriving from Vietnam.
