Our Senior Associate James Choi was invited to Licensing International’s Licensing Academy to give a talk on licensing and brand protection last week. During the seminar, James explained the important aspects of licensing IP rights and highlighted specific considerations to take note of while considering a licensing agreement. He has also shared with participants practical steps that IP owners can consider taking upon identifying infringement or breach of an agreement.
