Jack has extensive experience in managing global trademark portfolios for renowned international and local clients. He is experienced in handling contentious and non-contentious matters such as clearance, prosecution, renewal, assignment, opposition and cancellation of trademarks in Hong Kong and China and has been working with overseas agents on overseas trade mark matters in over 70 jurisdictions.

Prior to joining us, Jack worked in the IP Department of Bird & Bird, an international law firm.
