Earlier this month, our Managing Partner, Alan Chiu, and our Associate, Tiffany Lam, were invited by City University of Hong Kong to give a guest lecture, as a part of the JD/LLM course “Selected Issues on Chinese IP Law”.

Alan and Tiffany had shared their extensive knowledge and practical experience in the field of IP Protection in China. They delved into various topics, including enforcement, litigation, trade mark squatting and AI-related Issues.

It is both an honor and a longstanding tradition for us to actively provide lectures and impart invaluable insights to students. By doing so, we aim to equip them with a comprehensive understanding of the real-world implications and practical considerations in the legal industry.
