Simon, a former Counsel of Mayer Brown, is an international arbitration and commercial litigation lawyer with over 25 years of experience, covering cross-border corporate, commercial and contractual disputes.

He is also a China-Appointed Attesting Officer (appointed by the Ministry of Justice of PRC), a Council Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow of both the Chartered institute of Arbitrators and the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. Further, he has been a Guest Lecturer of the University of Hong Kong (on civil litigation and dispute resolution subjects) since 2017.
