Jointly organised by the HKSAR Government, Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Hong Kong Design Centre, the Business of IP Asia Forum has been one of the annual flagship IP events in Hong Kong which gathers IP practitioners and industry leaders to share and exchange their insights regarding various IP issues and trends.
ELLALAN is well represented in this year’s forum with Managing Partner, Alan Chiu giving an IP training, co-organised with Intellectual Property Department HKSAR, on the “Importance of Copyright and Designs in Digital Age”; and with Partner James Choi speaking with other distinguished speakers at a session on “Cross border IP Licensing in Greater Bay Area: Opportunities and Challenges” which was co-organized by The Law Society of Hong Kong ,the Hong Kong Bar Association and Licensing Executives Society China, Hong Kong Sub-Chapter (LESC – HK) (chaired by our Partner Rosita Li).
As Hong Kong aims to develop into an active IP trading hub, we are most delighted to have contributed to the Business of IP Asia Forum 2021 and shall continue to provide all kinds of professional support to facilitate Hong Kong in achieving that goal.
