Further to our Partner, Rosita Li‘s lecture on trade secrets, as part of the “Intellectual Property Training Programme” hosted by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department, our Managing Partner, Alan Chiu was also invited as a guest lecturer for the programme on the topic “Importance of Copyright and Designs in Digital Age”.

The lecture was held in-person at the Business of IP Asia Forum (BIP Asia) 2022 and Alan has shared his insights on the importance as well as practical tips for copyright and designs in the digital age. Alan also explained and shared his thoughts on the Copyright (Amendment) Bill 2022 during the talk.
