Our Managing Partner, Alan Chiu, was earlier invited by the Intellectual Property Department to deliver a lecture on the “Importance of Copyright and Designs in Digital Age” during BIP Asia Forum 2023.

In his lecture, Alan highlighted the broad protection of copyright and designs for various creative works, enabling creators to control reproduction and distribution. He emphasized the importance of proactive enforcement against infringements and provided valuable insights into available mechanisms and strategies.

The audience was evidently intrigued as Alan received a string of fascinating follow up questions after the lecture.
