We had the privilege of hosting Mrs. Maria Elms, the Group General Counsel of Vitasoy International, for an exclusive internal seminar on “General Counsel’s In-house Perspective”, which was moderated by our Managing Partner, Mr. Alan Chiu.

During the session, Maria, a seasoned lawyer with over two-decade in-house experience in different MNCs, shared her invaluable insights on the evolving landscape of in-house legal work, addressing the current expectations and challenges faced by in-house counsels.
