Our Partner, Charles To, recently participated in the CityUHK Executive Mentoring Programme (EMP) Kick-Off Ceremony 2025, a vibrant event designed to unite mentors and mentees for meaningful connections, insightful exchanges, and impactful learning experiences.

Charles is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders. As a mentor, he is dedicated to empowering students with guidance, wisdom, and encouragement, helping them navigate their career journeys with confidence. His unwavering support extends beyond professional advice. He believes in uplifting mentees by fostering their growth both personally and professionally.

The kick-off event, graced by inspiring speakers and thought-provoking discussions, set the stage for an exciting year of mentorship. With around 130 participants, it showcased the incredible potential of collaboration and learning.
