Our Senior Associate James Choi is very honoured to be recently invited as an expert speaker for the Masters of Arts programme in Design, Innovation and Brand Management launched by the University of the Creative Arts (UCA) and Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA).The programme addresses different aspects of handling product design, brand management and innovation business projects, which aims to enhance business executives’ capability in resolving practical business needs and problems, and at the same time maintaining high level of creativity.It was a great opportunity not only for ELLALAN to share IP legal insights with the creative industry, but it was also a great occasion for us to discuss about and consider the practical on-the-ground legal issues that the industry is currently facing.The sharing was very enjoyable and it literally flew by as the students asked about all sorts of legal questions and scenarios throughout the session. We certainly look forward to our next sharing!
