Our Managing Partner Alan Chiu was invited by Chinese University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law to give a guest lecture on Chinese Intellectual Property Law last month.

Titled “Navigating in China – Learning Best IP Strategies from Pain?”, Alan shared with the students his outside of textbooks knowledge in managing IP portfolio and enforcement of IP rights in China by engaging students with fascinating PRC enforcement cases and stories. He also gave students a glimpse of a typical work day of an IP lawyer. Overall, the response was overwhelming. Thank you again for Chinese University’s invitation and we do hope to meet more young and eager students in the future to exchange ideas and thoughts regarding practical IP concerns and issues.
