Hank graduated from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor of Laws. He then completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the City University of Hong Kong.

Prior to joining us, Hank worked as a Legal Executive at the Legal Services Division of the Securities & Futures Commission.

Hank speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
