Hazel is our homegrown Associate with a focus on developing her expertise in advising on data protection and privacy, employment, technology and corporate commercial matters.

During her time at our firm, she been assigned on numerous contentious and non-contentious IP matters for conglomerate firms, fashion luxury brands and copyright licensing bodies, as well as corporate and commercial work of various scales such as, assisting companies commercialise their intellectual property rights through licensing and distribution, and advising start-ups on niche areas such as cryptocurrency and stored-value facility licenses. Hazel also assists with employment matters, Web3 matters, and data protection and privacy laws, including compliance, direct marketing, breach incidents and data processing and transfers.
