Rong Wang started her IP practice in 2001 and worked in an international firm’s IP Agency as Head of Agency for 7+ years. Through years of representing numerous leading local and international clients before the courts and the China Trade Mark Office, she has obtained extensive experience in the entire trademark protection cycle in China, including but not limited to trademark filings, oppositions, cancellations, invalidations, assignment, license as well as appeal and review proceedings.
She is also quite experienced in international trademark registration system (Madrid System), domain names, copyright registrations and customs protection.
Clients are impressed by her network and relationship with the officials of the China Trade Mark Office and Beijing Municipal Copyright Bureau as well as practical and efficient approach.
Rong speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
